Weddings and Civil Ceremonies

Perhaps you'd like informal, candid photos.  Perhaps you'd like formal, posed groups.  Probably you'd like a bit of both.  We can do it all and, as always, give you all the pictures.  Call us on 01684 560015.

“Thank you for the fantastic photography of our wedding. You managed to hit all the right people with your lens, and somehow stay quietly in the back ground. The imagery was every bit what we hoped it would be and you managed to capture us both at our very best."
James and Luisa (James is a professional photographer).

Free portraits!!  Arrange to meet us at our gallery at Malvern Theatres and have a look at some more of our wedding pictures. We'll take twenty or so portrait pictures of you and your partner in the Theatres' lovely flattering light and give them to you on CD with our compliments.  There is no obligation,  we'll even buy the coffee.  Unlike most wedding photographers we'll also give you

Actual prices!!  Currently our prices are £600, £850 or £1150 for the day.  Our prices are fixed at the time you book us, there are no hidden extras.

So far the largest wedding we have covered was over 150 guests, and the smallest had two guests and the bride and groom.  We have photographed huge society weddings and tiny, informal ceremonies.  We work closely with the couple in order that they have all the photographs they want and a few sensitive and interesting ones to capture the spirit of the day.  Usually we take more than 400 pictures at a wedding, using two photographers where appropriate.  You will not be disappointed.

Many of our wedding customers become friends and attended Rachel and Phil’s wedding in November 2007.  You simply cannot ask for better recommendation!  We've even spent the weekend staying at a client's house (though this is not compulsory!).

Unlike most wedding photographers, we provide all the images in good quality on CD for couples to keep and print.  We can also make prints available here on the website for low cost so that friends and relations can buy the pictures directly from us without bothering you!

Many photographers make a couple choose a tiny fraction of the pictures they have taken and delete most of them.  We do not work like that.  We give you all the images, for you to use as you see fit.  Perhaps you'd like to make a large print of a long-forgotten picture on your anniversary, perhaps you’d like a picture of a guest who’s passed away, perhaps you would like to make one of your pictures into a screensaver or keyring.  We think you should have this choice.

All the pictures from the bride’s preparation, the arrival of the guests, the ceremony where possible, the group photos, the cutting of the cake, speeches, informal candid shots and details for cake and decorations makes hundred of pictures.  We think making you chose a small number is unfair.

We can provide a list of the basic family group shots that you may need, but the choice is always yours.

We do not herd guests around, blow whistles at them or take centre stage.  Where intricate family group shots are needed, we get them done as quickly and unobtrusively as possible.

The Story of a Wedding
No two weddings are the same,  but this set of pictures from a typical wedding shoot for All Yours Photography.

Getting Ready
Where possible we photograph the bride’s preparations.  This is usually the opportunity to record the humour and excitement.

Arriving at the Church
Whether in a horse and carriage, vintage car or on foot,  the arrival of the bride at church is a special moment.  In this case the bride only had to walk across the road from home to church.

The Ceremony
We talk to the vicar or registrar, and take what we can during the service without flash. The professional D2X cameras give excellent results without distracting everyone.

Afterwards
We capture the spirit of the new marriage – confetti,  the journey to the reception, with candid pictures of relatives and guests.  At some weddings we have been so unobtrusive that guests have not realised photographers were present – we think this is the way it should be.

We will take group shots as required.  We provide a list of conventional shots,  but the choice is yours.  We try to take a few unconventional angles.  For many modern couples, the conventional group shots are a chore to be got through,  so we try to get it done as efficiently as we can.  After all, there is celebrating to be done!
